No. Although our highly trained attendees are more than happy and willing to stay and operate the inflatable for safety and any other reason, you are not required to use them for your event. If you have a group of volunteers willing to assist with the inflatable during your time you, we would be willing to supervise the event as needed.
Our only ask for using your own volunteers to operate the inflatable is that they are at minimum 16 years of age. They also must be present the at the time of arrival for the Supervisor to properly train them.
No, delivery of the inflatable is 100% free. We do travel out of our Service Zip Codes (view those here) from time to time. In these cases we would add an additional drop off and pick up fee based on the mileage and time taken to travel to the location of the event
No, due to the size of our current fleet of Inflatables adults are not allowed inside unless to retrieve their child.
Yes, as long as the balls are soft and/or foam balls that will not weigh down or puncture any area of the inflatable.
Yes, the delivery fee is included in your final price.
We are currently mainly providing our Inflatables to anyone within the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region. We would be willing to travel further depending on the location and for an additional travel fee.
